General conditions of sale - CHALET ARDENTARDENNE
The ‘CHALET ARDENTARDENNE’ gîte offers holiday accommodation for rent and for private or professional events. All reservations for overnight stays on the www.chaletardentardenne.be website are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale and are deemed to have been accepted by the hirer (tenant). The hirer declares that he/she has full legal capacity to enter into commitments under these general terms and conditions of sale.
RESERVATION AND GUARANTEE
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define, exclusively by virtue of the relationship that they establish on the Internet network, the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the reservation of overnight stays in the CHALET ARDENTARDENNE offered on the site. The reservation will be effective after full payment of the overnight stays and the rental deposit. A deposit of 200 € will be requested 7 days before the stay. This deposit must be paid into the Alicia Brimioulle account BE98 7320 7467 4893 with your booking number in communication. This will be returned to you within a week of your departure if no damage has been caused.
The deposit is intended to cover, in whole or in part, all debts and any damage caused (breakages, damage to the interior or exterior of the chalet, destruction, theft, failure to sort rubbish, etc.) for which the tenant may still be liable to the owner when the premises are returned. In the event of a dispute, the lessor/owner may, under his own responsibility, retain the deposit until the responsibilities have been clearly established. All bookings are by name only and may under no circumstances be transferred or sublet.

The driveway is available free of charge. On the last day of your stay, you must leave by 11.30am at the latest.
